SandTack Wind & Rain Erosion Protection
SandTack is a liquid polymer concentrate sand/soil stabilizer that acts like a dirt glue by bonding particles and drying clear. When SandTack is mixed with water and properly applied provides long lasting protection from rain and wind erosion. SandTack is environmentally friendly formula with over 25 years of use around the world. SandTack can be used for helipads, sand dunes, stock pile capping, erosion control and pipeline covering.
DirtTack Mix in Polymer Road Technology
DirtTack is a high solids content polymer formula for driving surfaces. DirtTack is mixed into dirt/gravel road materials forming a harder than asphalt driving surface for low and medium volume roads. DirtTack mix in formula works best with non-clay / non-gypsum materials.
Dirt Road Base Technology
For Road base stabilization, we use U.S. Army cell technology that was invented to build roads and runways in remote locations using existing material found on-site. When the cells have been filled and compacted, it creates an equal to 5 inches of asphaltic concrete in strength.
The driving surface is then treated with HevyRayn dust control that can be completed in just days instead of weeks at about 1/4 the cost of traditional methods.
